ACP cladding fabricator — Ukum

Vacancy available: we are hiring an ACP cladding fabricator in Ukum, Benue State. Ideal candidate: • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders Day-to-day duties: • Fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners • Check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames Six days a week, one day off.
