Join our team: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Navarro County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work 1+ years on the tools preferred.
