Captain waiter wanted in Teungo

Join our team: we are hiring a captain waiter in Teungo, Adamawa State. You will be based at a beach resort. Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts On the job you will handle: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
