Steam press operator wanted in Harrison County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steam press operator in Harrison County, Ohio. The job is in a tailoring workshop. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment You will keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; give each garment a final press before packing; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts.
