Pot washer — Binji

Join our team: we are hiring a pot washer in Binji, Sokoto State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Part-time with flexible hours.
