D6/D8 dozer operator — Wayne County

Join our team: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Wayne County, Tennessee. You will be based at a busy earthworks site. The role involves: • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle You should have: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain 3+ years on the tools preferred.
