Fine-dining server — Holmes County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Holmes County, Florida. You will work in a coffee shop. On a typical shift you will clear and reset tables between covers; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
