Short order cook — Park County

Join our team: we are hiring a short order cook in Park County, Colorado. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Full-time, day shift.
