Courier driver — Gilmer County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a courier driver in Gilmer County, West Virginia. The job is with a transport contractor. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to load and unload goods by hand • Familiarity with basic vehicle checks and maintenance Day-to-day duties: • Handle cash on delivery and reconcile the day's collections • Load and unload parcels and secure the load with straps and ropes • Drive within speed limits and follow all road safety rules • Maintain the vehicle logbook and record opening and closing mileage • Check tyre pressure and report worn or damaged tyres At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
