Tracked excavator operator — O'Brien County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in O'Brien County, Iowa. You will be based on a busy civils and groundworks site. What we are looking for: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat Your main tasks: • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up 3+ years on the tools preferred.
