Great opportunity: we are hiring a packer in Ottawa County, Kansas. The job is in a pharmaceutical packing unit. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at speed to meet line targets • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities • Attention to detail for date codes and labelling The role involves record production counts on the shift sheet; weigh and portion products before bagging; inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals; count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton; separate rejects and re-pack faulty units. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
