Urgent requirement: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Hot Spring County, Arkansas. The job is on a busy construction site. Requirements: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Able to read load charts and lifting plans Your main tasks: • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius Rotating shifts.
