Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Stewart County, Tennessee. The role involves degrease and clean metal parts before coating; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
