Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On the job you will handle: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
