Elevator technician — Pendleton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator technician in Pendleton County, Kentucky. The job is on a high-rise construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota 1+ years on the tools preferred.
