Urgent requirement: surface coating operator (Missouri)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Lincoln County, Missouri. You will be based in a busy paint shop. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
