You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service Rotating shifts. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
