Ideal candidate: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence Your main tasks: • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
