Bakery assistant — Boone County

Join our team: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Boone County, Arkansas. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Rotating shifts.
