Gas commissioning technician — Val Verde County

Join our team: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Val Verde County, Texas. Requirements: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Driving licence for travel between sites On the job you will handle: • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints We offer $21 per hour plus benefits.
