Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards The role involves top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₦185,000 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours.
