Roofer — Schenectady County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roofer in Schenectady County, New York. Your main tasks: • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater Requirements: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls Overtime paid at a premium rate.
