Production machine operator wanted in Sandusky County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production machine operator in Sandusky County, Ohio. You will work in a CNC machine shop. On a typical shift you will follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
