Quality assurance assistant • Lawrence County, Alabama

Vacancy available: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Lawrence County, Alabama. Day to day you will compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts. Requirements: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Willing to work rotating and night shifts Six days a week, one day off.
