Prep cook wanted in Custer County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Custer County, South Dakota. The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
