The role involves keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production. Requirements: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
