Stitching operator — Akwanga

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stitching operator in Akwanga, Nasarawa State. You should have: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Day-to-day duties: • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₦245,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
