Electrostatic spray painter — Marion County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Marion County, Missouri. Day to day you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
