Baker wanted in Franklin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Franklin County, Arkansas. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
