Roofing foreman — Pueblo County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Pueblo County, Colorado. The role involves replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; insulate and ventilate the roof void; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding. Requirements: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
