Baker — Coahoma County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Coahoma County, Mississippi. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day to day you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
