Finish carpenter — Chase County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Chase County, Nebraska. The job is at a shopfitting company. Day to day you will glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions. What we are looking for: • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Own basic hand tools At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
