Coating plant operator — New Castle County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in New Castle County, Delaware. Your main tasks: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
