Now hiring: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Hidalgo County, Texas. Requirements: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) You will setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
