Kitchenhand — Orange County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Orange County, North Carolina. The job is in a hospital canteen. You will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Rotating shifts.
