Brick mason — Lincolnshire

Join our team: we are hiring a brick mason in Lincolnshire, England. The job is at a renovation and extension job. On the job you will handle: • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses You should have: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
