Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Mobbar, Borno State. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. ₦800 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
