What we are looking for: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner On a typical shift you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; clear and reset tables between covers; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket).
