Dry lining plasterer — Scott County

Join our team: we are hiring a dry lining plasterer in Scott County, Illinois. You will work on a commercial fit-out project. Day-to-day duties: • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming Requirements: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
