Brick mason wanted in Conwy

Now hiring: we are hiring a brick mason in Conwy, Wales. The job is on a new-build development. Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools Your main tasks: • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
