Safety marshal — Lawrence County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a safety marshal in Lawrence County, Tennessee. On a typical shift you will update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training 2+ years on the tools preferred.
