What we are looking for: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Working-at-height certificate an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
