Conventional mill operator • Glades County, Florida

Vacancy available: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Glades County, Florida. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. Your main tasks: • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm Ideal candidate: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
