Formwork joiner — Union County

Join our team: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Union County, Florida. The job is on a metro and tunnel project. Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Day to day you will watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured.
