Machine setter-operator — Beaufort County

Now hiring: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Beaufort County, North Carolina. You will be based in a packaging factory. Your main tasks: • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine Ideal candidate: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
