Now hiring: we are hiring a groundsman in Van Buren County, Arkansas. You will work on a golf course. Day to day you will spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds. Requirements: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers 2+ years on the tools preferred.
