Confectioner — Catoosa County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Catoosa County, Georgia. You will work at a cake shop. On a typical shift you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
