Lifting rigger — Chouteau County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Chouteau County, Montana. Day to day you will take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks. What we are looking for: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
