CNC mill setter-operator — Saint Croix County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Saint Croix County, Wisconsin. The job is at a busy machine shop. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Able to grind and set HSS cutters The role involves measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control.
