Bread baker • Macon County, Tennessee

Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Macon County, Tennessee. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. On a typical shift you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. $20 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
